If a person has agreed to have sex with you before, you don’t have to ask them again.

FACT

You always have to get consent, even if you have had sex with someone before. A person always has the right to say no or change their mind about having sex or particular sexual acts. Putting pressure on someone or forcing them into doing something they are not happy with doesn’t count as consent.
